We reserve the right to limit or refuse any services to customers if they violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or request services deemed inappropriate.
4. Purchases and Orders

When you purchase any Products (including hardware or equipment), you agree to provide accurate information during checkout, including your billing address, shipping details, and payment information.

Products purchased are subject to availability. We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly; however, certain items may be temporarily out of stock.

TechBoss reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion if payment is not completed, or if the order violates our policies.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

TechBoss reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, though any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment for Products and Services must be made via the available payment options on the website (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

For services that require subscription or recurring billing, payment is due as specified in the service agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
6. Delivery and Shipping

Products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times depend on the product, location, and shipping method.

TechBoss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather, or customs delays).

For service appointments (e.g., installations), the client must ensure that the necessary access and environment are ready for the scheduled appointment.
7. Returns and Refunds

For physical Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

Digital Products or services rendered are non-refundable once delivered or started.

All content, designs, software, and materials related to TechBoss services, products, and website are the intellectual property of TechBoss and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Ontario, Canada. Also we have a right to update our terms and conditions without notice.
